Former NFL Players Scheduled At Camp Pendleton Today

Members of the NFL's Players Association and Real Warriors Campaign personnel will watch NFL games with service members and their families while discussing the importance of reaching out for support during transitions in their lives.

Former professional football players and members of the military are scheduled to meet at Camp Pendleton today to discuss challenges and resources available to address them.

Camp Pendleton partnered with the Real Warriors Campaign, which aims to encourage service members, veterans and military families coping with invisible wounds to seek help, to host the "Game Day" event, set for 10 a.m. at the Pacific Views Event Center on San Jacinto Road, according to base officials.
