Two Oceanside women saw a light-skinned, black male in his twenties peering into a window Monday morning.

Oceanside Police officers are looking for a man suspected of masturbating in public at two Oceanside locations Monday morning, according to Oceanside Police Lt. Leonard Mata.

In both instances, a thin, light-skinned, black male between 20 and 25 years of age, peered into windows and fled in a Toyota Camry.  The car is believed to be tan, and more than a decade old.

The first incident occurred in the 1300 block of Puls Street, where a woman made eye contact with the man from inside her home. The second incident was at an apartment complex at 1243 El Camino Real. He was caught peering over a fence and fled when the victim called the police.
