MiraCosta College international student Cat Tuong Le has placed second in the 2012 InternationalStudent.com Travel Video Contest, receiving a $500 prize. She also won an additional $500 for the People’s Choice award, her video having received more than 20,000 viewings, thousands more than her closest competitor.
