Take Home Teddy the Bear, A Huggable Golden Retriever

Teddy is like a big, huggable, lovable bear. He is about 7 years old and has the typical charming personality of a retriever. He knows the command "sit". He needs a little less food and a little more exercise to get him back to a healthy weight. A good walk a couple times a day would be great for him. Would you have the time to do that with him? He is fine with other friendly dogs and would like a new loving family and maybe even a doggy buddy. 

The public is welcome to come adopt the patriotic pets at the Camp Pendleton Animal Shelter! All pets are spayed or neutered, vaccinated, and micro-chipped prior to adoption. Adoption Hours: Thursday - Sunday, 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. Please DO call the shelter to check on the adoption availability date for our pets to make sure the one you want is ready to go!
