'We Are Family' Gala to Benefit Local Resource Center
The event will feature music from the San Diego Gay Men's Chorus.
The will hold its annual fundraising gala Saturday which will feature food and drinks, as well as music by the San Diego Gay Men’s Chorus.
The event will be held at 6:30 p.m. Saturday and at the Oceanside Museum of Art, 704 Pier View Way. Proceeds will help the center, which offers services such as counseling, HIV and AIDS testing and prevention and classes to both the civilian and military communities.
“It’s an event that supports resources that are much needed here in North County,” said Max Disposti, executive director of the North County LGBTQ Coalition.

The honored speaker will be John Duran, a West Hollywood City council member.
Tickets are $50 for individuals, $25 for members of the military and students and $90 for couples. Group rates are also available.
