Camp Pendleton Highlights Access Restrictions for Civilians

The base released a statement highlighting its base access rules after the opening of a Dunkin Donuts.

After a Dunkin Donuts opened on Camp Pendleton in May, the base has seen a sharp increase in traffic causing them to highlight access rules for civilians:

Civilians are permitted aboard base when sponsored by a Department of Defense Identification Card holder or under the guidelines of the Sponsored Visitor Program.

And while some non-Department of Defense identification card holders are allowed on base, access is considered on a case-by-case basis, a Camp Pendleton official told Patch.

From Paso to Sonoma I have found some amazing wineries. Any you can suggest locally?
