Get your tissues ready—Walmart has released this year’s Veterans Day commercial, which features real footage of military families reuniting after deployments.
In the 00:16 second mark of “A Thank You to Our Troops,” a Camp Pendleton couple—Lance Cpl. Tyler Welty and his wife, Anna—reunite after Tyler’s seven-month deployment to Afghanistan with the 1st Marine Division’s 1st Light Armored Reconnaissance Battalion. (If you don’t want to count seconds, it’s the clip after the one of a dog greeting a service member.)
The video was taken in May by Patch editor Daniel Woolfolk.
