Pendleton Marine Killed in Operation Enduring Freedom
The Defense Department announced Thursday the death of a Camp Pendleton Marine from Michigan.
Staff Sgt. Vincent J. Bell, 28, died Wednesday while engaged in combat in Helmand province in Afghanistan, the Department of Defense announced.
Bell, from Detroit, MI, was assigned to 2nd Battalion, 11th Marine Regiment, 1st Marine Division, I Marine Expeditionary Force.
