Poll: Should Same Sex Couples Get Military Benefits?
A new bill would provide benefits to same-sex spouses of a military member.
A House Democrat introduced a bill that would allow same-sex military couples to enjoy the same benefits as male and female couples, the Marine Corps Times reports.
If a marriage is legal in the state where the couple is married, then the marriage would qualify for benefits.
