POLL: What should happen to the Camp Pendleton Crosses?

The latest cross was erected in November of last year without permission from the base.

The Pentagon is still deciding what to do with two memorial crosses that were placed on a Camp Pendleton peak without permission from the base. Friends and family of four fallen Marines installed the latest one on Veterans Day, 2011.

Former base commander Col. Nicholas Marano recommended the crosses be allowed to stay up, the North County Times reports.
