MiraCosta College Offers New Social Media Marketing Course Online

Since the class is held online, people can enroll from any location, as long as space permits.

MiraCosta College has developed a new online course directed for both students and business owners. The class will focus on social media and online marketing in an effort to prepare students with a hands on, working knowledge of some of today’s most prevalent marketing tactics and is now open for enrollment.

“Businesses are telling us that many of their customers interact and communicate using social media and they want to have a presence in that space - they want to go where their customers are,” explains Steve Isachsen, who spearheaded the much needed class.

“CSIT 155 will explore social media use from a business perspective, with students learning how to develop a social media strategy to promote business, build stronger customer relations, target a broad base or niche audience, and develop effective marketing and advertising techniques that enhance Web presence and coordinate a common message across multiple channels.”

Since the class is held online, people can enroll from any location, as long as space permits. Enrollment is currently open for CSIT 155 and begins on January 28, 2013. Interested parties can visit https://www.miracosta.edu/ for more details and to sign up.

Sounds like a great course. I have always taught those looking to get into the business world thatRead More being well versed and knowledgable with wine is important because you can connect on a whole different level with executives who have a passion for the grapes industry. From Paso to Sonoma I have found some amazing wineries. Any you can suggest locally?
