Oceanside runner Okwaro Raura, 38, won Sunday's Cardiff Kook Run's 10k for the 35 to 39 male division in 31 minutes and 49 seconds.
The fastest runner overall was Ben Bruce, of Flagstaff, AZ, who completed the run in 30 minutes and 31 seconds.
In 2012, Raura won the San Diego Half Marathon in one hour and nine minutes.
